We're proud to have 10 years of experience creating high-quality custom apparel products and thousands of 5-star customer reviews, but we know mistakes can happen.

If there is an issue with your order, we'll work hard to ensure your satisfaction. Please fill out our contact form and someone from our team will reach out to you within one business day. We ask that you just let us know within 15 days of delivery.

Returns & Defective Items

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. However, the return process and eligibility requirements may vary depending on the reason for the return.

Defective Items: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, misprinted, or otherwise does not meet the approved order specifications, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and, if approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Non-Defective Items: We also accept returns for non-defective products, subject to our return review process. Because many of our products are custom-made, additional conditions, return shipping requirements, restocking fees, or other limitations may apply. Please contact our customer service team before returning any non-defective item so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

All return requests must be submitted through our contact form, email, or phone before any items are returned. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
