Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with us! This page explains how and when your order will be processed, produced, and shipped.
Order Processing & Cutoff Time
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Our daily cutoff time is 4:00 PM EST (Eastern Time).
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on US public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Because every item is custom-made to your specifications, processing includes design review, production, and quality control before shipping.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (49 states). At this time we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer two different shipping structures depending on the product type:
Custom Apparel — FREE Shipping
All apparel and finished products (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, hats, bags, uniforms, and similar items) ship with FREE Standard Delivery.
- Standard Delivery: approximately 14 calendar days total (production + transit), calculated from your order's processing start date.
Your estimated delivery date is displayed on every product page and at checkout, so you'll always know when to expect your order before you buy.
DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets — Paid Shipping
Because DTF transfers, gang sheets, and DTF-by-size products are produced and packed separately, shipping is calculated at checkout. You can choose any of the four speeds below:

Note: The transit times above are carrier shipping times only and begin after your order has been produced. Production typically completes within 1–3 business days for DTF orders. The total delivery estimate (production + transit) is shown on the product page and in your cart.
Need It Sooner?
If your deadline is tighter than our standard options, please contact us before placing your order. In many cases we can prioritize production to meet a specific date — message us via live chat or email and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active with the carrier.
Delays & Exceptions
While we work hard to meet every estimated delivery date, please note that:
- Estimated dates are business-day estimates, not guarantees.
- Carrier delays, severe weather, and US public holidays may occasionally affect transit times.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may delay delivery — please double-check your address at checkout.
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable window after the estimated date, please reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
