Tidal Rewards FAQ
How do I move between tiers? +
Your tier is based on what you spend over a rolling 12-month period: Wave $0–$249, Surge $250–$999, High Tide $1,000–$3,999, Tidal Elite $4,000 and up. Your level updates automatically as you order.
How is Tidal Credit earned? +
You earn credit on every dollar you spend — 2% at Wave, up to 10% at Tidal Elite. The credit is added to your account after your order ships.
What can I spend it on? +
Tidal Credit is Shopify store credit, so you can apply it to any order — DTF transfers, custom apparel, hats, towels or blanks.
How do I redeem my credit? +
Sign in and apply it at checkout. There is no code to copy — the balance shows up as a payment option on the order.
Does Tidal Credit expire? +
No. Your Tidal Credit stays in your account until you spend it — there is no expiry date and nothing to use up before a deadline.
Will my tier reflect what I have already spent? +
Yes. Customers with past purchases are enrolled at the tier their previous orders earned them.
What happens if I return something? +
If you return an order or part of one, the credit that order earned is deducted from your balance.
How do I join, and does it cost anything? +
Tidal Rewards is free and there are no membership fees. Create an account and you start earning on every qualifying order.
