Sizes have a ±1" manufacturing tolerance, and blankets can shrink 2–8% after the first wash.

Custom blanket FAQs

What blanket fabrics can you print?

We print 9 blanket types: economy fleece, plush mink velveteen, premium sherpa, chenille, woven, twin velvet, faux fur, polyester baby swaddle and picnic. They range from a light 220 GSM swaddle to an 850 GSM faux fur, so there is a fit for every budget and season.

Can I put my own photo or name on a blanket?

Yes. Every fabric except faux fur is printed edge to edge with dye sublimation, so photos, collages, names and illustrations come out in full color. Send photos at 300 DPI, and keep names at least 14 pt on deep-pile fabrics like sherpa, chenille and mink.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order a single personalized blanket or a full run for an event or store. Larger orders get volume pricing, and we include it in your quote.

How long does production take?

Most custom blanket orders are produced in 1–3 business days. We confirm the exact timeline, and any deadline you have, in your quote.

What sizes do custom blankets come in?

We offer 30 × 40" (baby or lap), 42 × 42" (swaddle), 50 × 60" (throw), 60 × 80" (oversized) and 96 × 120" on select fleece and mink fabrics. The size chart on this page shows which fabrics come in each size.

What file should I send for my blanket?

Send a PNG or TIFF at 300 DPI in sRGB color, with a 1.25" bleed on every side. Fill the whole canvas, because empty areas print as the natural off-white fabric. Our team checks every file before printing.

How do I wash a custom printed blanket?

Machine wash cold (up to 30°C / 86°F) on a gentle cycle with mild detergent, then tumble dry low. Skip bleach and high heat. Faux fur and picnic blankets should be spot cleaned only.

Do you print blankets for online sellers and shops?

Yes. Gift shops, resellers and online sellers order with us at volume pricing. For print-on-demand orders, start with our print-on-demand blankets inquiry; orders are arranged with our team, not through an automatic store connection.

Can I pick up my blankets in Atlanta?

Yes. Choose free local pickup at 1891 McFarland Pkwy in Alpharetta, GA, in the Atlanta metro area. We also ship to all 50 states with tracking.

How are faux fur blankets customized?

Faux fur is too deep to print, so it gets a laser-engraved patch sewn onto one corner with your logo or artwork. Choose brown, gray, hazelnut or ash fur when you order.
