Fill the entire canvas incl. bleed. Empty areas print as natural fabric color (off-white).

All dimensions carry ±1" manufacturing tolerance. Expect 2–8% shrinkage after first wash — industry standard, not a defect. For Faux Fur, specify your color option (Brown, Gray, Hazelnut or Ash) at order.

What blanket fabrics can I order custom printed?+
We offer 9 custom blanket types: Economy Fleece, Plush Mink Velveteen, Premium Sherpa, Chenille, Woven, Twin Velvet, Faux Fur, Polyester Baby Swaddle and Picnic Blanket. Each has different GSM weights, textures and price points — from 220 GSM baby swaddles to 850 GSM faux fur.
Can I put my own photo on a custom blanket?+
Yes. All fabric types (except Faux Fur) use dye sublimation printing, which delivers photographic-quality, full-bleed prints. Submit your photo at 300 DPI in PNG or TIFF format and your image will cover the entire blanket edge-to-edge with rich, permanent color.
Is there a minimum order requirement?+
No minimum order. You can order a single custom photo blanket or a bulk wholesale run of thousands — all at the same wholesale pricing with no setup fees. Perfect for POD sellers testing new designs and high-volume buyers alike.
How long does production take?+
Most custom blanket orders are produced and shipped within 1–3 business days. Same-day production is available for qualifying orders placed early in the business day. Contact us to confirm availability for rush orders.
What file format should I submit?+
Submit PNG or TIFF files at 300 DPI in sRGB color space, with a 1.25" bleed on all sides. Do not submit CMYK — sublimation requires RGB. For Faux Fur, provide a logo or artwork for the laser-engraved patch.

Are the blankets machine washable?+
Most custom blankets can be machine washed cold (max 30°C / 86°F) on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and tumbled dry low. Avoid bleach and high heat. Faux Fur and Picnic blankets should be spot cleaned only. Always check the product care label.

Can I get personalized blankets with names or text?+
Yes. You can include names, dates, quotes or any text in your blanket design — submit the text as part of your design file at 300 DPI. We recommend a minimum 14 pt text size on deep-pile fabrics (sherpa, chenille, minky) for legibility.
What printing method is used for custom blankets?+
We use professional dye sublimation on all blanket types except Faux Fur, which uses a laser-engraved patch sewn onto the corner. Dye sublimation delivers full-bleed, vivid, permanent color that won't peel, crack or fade after washing.
