Questions
Custom towel FAQs
What towels can you print?
We print 30 × 60" beach towels with a polyester print face and a 100% cotton back, plus 16 × 24" golf towels, 16 × 32" gym and sport towels, 16 × 27" hand towels and 16 × 24" kitchen towels. Tell us the use and we will match the right towel to your design and budget.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one personalized towel or a full run for a resort, team or event, with no setup fees. Larger orders get volume pricing, and we include it in your quote.
How does name personalization work on beach towels?
Pick your text, then choose from 30 fonts and 10 text colors. No image upload is needed. For logos or full artwork, send a 300 DPI PNG or a vector file and our team will check it before printing.
What printing method do you use for towels?
We print towels with full-color dye sublimation on the polyester print face, so photos, gradients and fine detail come out sharp. For cotton towels, we also offer custom embroidery.
Will the print crack or feel stiff?
No. Sublimation dyes the polyester fibers instead of sitting on top, so there is nothing to crack or peel, and the cotton back stays soft and absorbent.
How long does a custom towel order take?
Timing depends on the towel type and quantity. We confirm it in your quote, which you get within one business day, and we can plan around your event date.
Do you make logo towels for resorts, gyms and events?
Yes. We print logo towels for resorts, spas, gyms, teams, golf tournaments and corporate gifts, with volume pricing on larger orders.
Do you print towels for online sellers?
Yes. Shops and online sellers order with us at volume pricing. For print-on-demand orders, start with our print-on-demand towels inquiry; orders are arranged with our team, not through an automatic store connection.
Can I pick up my towels in Atlanta?
Yes. Choose free local pickup at 1891 McFarland Pkwy in Alpharetta, GA, in the Atlanta metro area. We also ship to all 50 states with tracking.
