Tax Exemption for Resellers
Customers purchasing products for resale may qualify for tax-exempt status by providing valid resale documentation.
To request tax exemption, please complete the following steps:

Create an Account
Sign up on our website using the “Create Account” option located at the top of the page. -
Prepare the Required Documents
Please provide the following:- A completed Tax Resale Certificate
- A copy of your Sales and Use Tax Permit (or other valid tax-exempt documentation)
- A copy of your driver’s license for identity verification
The name on your account must match the name listed on your resale certificate.

Submit Your Documents
Email all required documents to hello@tidalcolors.com.
Once submitted, please allow 1–2 business days for our team to review your application and update your account to tax-exempt status.
