The 3 PM EST cutoff for same-day DTF transfers
Every DTF order placed before 3 PM EST on a business day is printed the same day. Business days run Monday to Friday, and weekends and holidays are skipped.
- Tuesday at 10 AM: printed on Tuesday.
- Friday at 4 PM: after the cutoff, so plan on Monday.
- Saturday or Sunday: printed on Monday, the next business day.
Same-day printing covers the production side. How soon your transfers arrive then depends on the shipping option you choose.

How to estimate your delivery date
- Order before 3 PM EST on a business day so your transfers print the same day.
- Allow for shipping. For planning, assume your order ships by the next business day.
- Add carrier transit for the option you pick at checkout.
- Keep a buffer. For an event or a firm deadline, add one extra business day.
Transit times are carrier estimates, not promises, so pick a faster option when your date is close.
