DTF gang sheet price list (22-inch sheets)
A 22-inch-wide gang sheet costs $5.99 for 1 ft, $24.99 for 5 ft, $49.99 for 10 ft and $179.99 for 40 ft. The price depends only on length, so it's the same with two designs or dozens, and the price per foot drops to $4.50 on 20 ft, 40 ft and 30 ft uploaded sheets.

This table is our full price list for DTF transfer sheets. After the 1 ft sheet, 7 ft and 8 ft cost the most per foot, so if you need 8 ft ($45.99), price 10 ft ($49.99) too: you get two more feet of film for little extra.

Ready-made sheets vs the Gang Sheet Builder
Uploaded and builder sheets cost the same at every length except two: 30 ft is $134.99 uploaded and $139.99 in the builder, and 25 ft ($119.99) comes only as an uploaded sheet. If your pre-made layout is a finished 22-inch file, upload a ready-made sheet at the matching length.
The Gang Sheet Builder is free, runs in your browser and needs no account. Pick the length on the product page first (a menu inside the builder can change it), and add more sheets if you need more than 40 ft. Estimating the length is covered in how to make a gang sheet.
How much does a single DTF transfer cost?
A single DTF transfer is priced by its size, starting around $0.03 per square inch: a 12-by-12-inch design is $4.51 and a 10-by-10-inch design is $3.13. Measure the rectangle around your artwork, width times height, to find the size you pay for. There's no setup fee, even for one.

A large front or back at 12" × 12" is $4.51 with us. Across the market, a full-size single transfer commonly runs about $2–6, but sellers define "full size" differently, so compare the dimensions, not just the price. To match each placement to a size, check the typical sizes for each placement.
How do you measure the size you pay for?
You pay for the bounding box: the width × height of the rectangle around your artwork, transparent areas included. A round logo 10 inches across fills a 10" × 10" box, so it's priced as 100 square inches, $3.13, even though the circle itself covers less film.
Empty canvas counts too. Save that same logo on a 12" × 12" canvas with an inch of blank space on every side and it's priced as 12" × 12", $4.51, so trim the canvas to the artwork before you order. Rotating a design doesn't change its area, and a wide design costs less than a square one of the same width: 12" × 8" is 96 square inches, $3.01.
How is DTF priced: per foot or per square inch?
Gang sheets are priced per running foot of a 22-inch-wide sheet, and single transfers by the square inches of each design. One foot of sheet is 264 square inches, so our 20 ft, 40 ft and 30 ft uploaded sheets, at $4.50 per foot, work out to about $0.017 per square inch; singles start around $0.03.
- One foot of sheet: 22 × 12 inches = 264 square inches.
- A 20 ft sheet: 22 × 240 inches = 5,280 square inches, and $89.99 ÷ 5,280 ≈ $0.017 per square inch.
- All other lengths: a little more per square inch, in step with their higher price per foot.
For a T-shirt, a 12" × 12" front covers 144 square inches. Ordered as a single, it's $4.51; on a gang sheet, it uses a little over half the area of one foot of film, and the strip beside it can hold smaller prints.

What does a gang sheet cost per square foot?
Divide the per-foot price by 1.83. A running foot of a 22-inch sheet is 264 square inches, about 1.83 square feet, because the sheet is wider than a foot. To compare a per-square-foot quote with a per-foot price on a 22-inch sheet, multiply the square-foot rate by 1.83 first.
Per-square-inch quotes work the same way: multiply the rate by 264 to get the price of one foot of a 22-inch sheet.
Which costs less: a gang sheet or single transfers?
Single transfers cost less when you need one design or a few small prints; a gang sheet costs less once your designs fill most of a sheet. Even the 1 ft sheet at $5.99 holds two 10-by-10-inch designs, which cost $3.13 each as singles.
- One 12" × 12" design: $4.51 as a single, while the smallest gang sheet is $5.99. The single wins.
- Two 10" × 10" designs: $3.13 each as singles, or one 1 ft sheet at $5.99 that holds both side by side. The sheet wins.
- Ten 10" × 10" fronts plus ten 3.5" neck prints: ten singles at $3.13 each before you add the neck prints, or one 5 ft sheet at $24.99 that fits all twenty. The sheet wins by far.
These fits allow for the builder's default spacing between designs and at the sheet edges; see what fits on each sheet length. As a rule of thumb:
- One design or a few small prints: order them by size.
- Several designs or many copies: fill a gang sheet.
- Big batches: fill a 20 ft, 40 ft or 30 ft uploaded sheet, as low as $4.50 per foot.

Are there setup fees, minimums or extra costs?
No. There are no setup fees and no minimums on DTF transfers, and the number of colors or designs doesn't change the price. The only add-on is shipping, which is free on transfer orders of $75 or more, and you can skip it with free local pickup in Alpharetta.

How do DTF transfer prices compare?
Compare what one usable design costs you, not the headline rate. Our sheets go as low as $4.50 per foot (about $0.017 per square inch) and single transfers start around $0.03 per square inch. Across the market, gang sheets commonly run about $0.02–0.05 per square inch.
A small per-inch rate can still cost more per design once sheet width, the length you need and any fees are counted. On a narrower roll, a 10-inch front may fit only one per row, so each design takes a full row of film; across a 22-inch sheet, two sit side by side. Check these points on any price list:
- Sheet width: a 22-inch sheet fits more designs per foot than a narrower roll.
- Price per foot at your length: the length you'll actually buy, not just the longest roll.
- How singles are measured: the bounding box or the printed area, and whether empty canvas counts.
- Setup, cutting or file fees added on top of the sheet.
- Minimums per order or per design.
- Builder: whether it costs extra and shows a preview before you pay.
- Shipping: the free-shipping threshold and whether local pickup is offered.

Why is DTF so expensive?
Per print, it often costs less than it looks: a 12" × 12" transfer is $4.51, and long sheets go as low as $4.50 per foot. Each transfer is full color with a white underbase and adhesive on film, printed and cured ready to press, so it works on dark garments and on cotton, polyester, blends, canvas, denim and more, with no screens or setup fees.
Do longer gang sheets always cost less per foot?
Mostly, but not always. Per foot, 7 ft ($5.71) and 8 ft ($5.75) cost more than 5 ft or 10 ft ($5.00), and 25 ft ($4.80) costs more than 20 ft or a 30 ft uploaded sheet. The smallest per-foot cost, $4.50, is on 20 ft, 40 ft and 30 ft uploaded sheets.
How much is a 22 x 60 gang sheet?
A 22 × 60-inch sheet is our 5 ft length: $24.99 uploaded or made in the builder, or $27.49 as a Black Knockout sheet. With the builder's default margins, it fits ten 10-inch-square fronts with room to spare. The 22 × 24-inch size is our 2 ft sheet at $9.99.
Does a gang sheet cost more if I add more designs?
No. A sheet's price depends only on its length, so it's the same with two large prints or dozens of small logos. That's why filling empty space with extra designs, other sizes or spare copies lowers your cost per design: you've paid for the film either way.
Does the number of colors change the price?
No. Every transfer prints in full color with a white underbase at the same price, whether the design has two colors or a full-color photo. Only the size of a single transfer or the length of a sheet changes what you pay.
Is the free DTF sample pack really free?
Yes, the pack itself costs nothing. Shipping is $4.99, and that comes back to you as $4.99 store credit; picking it up at our Alpharetta shop is free. Use it to check the feel, the colors and how the transfers press before a bigger order.
How much do Black Knockout gang sheets cost?
