Blind shipping changes where your order goes, not what's in it. The transfers are the same ones you'd receive at your own shop. They simply go directly to your customer, with no Tidal Colors branding on the package.

- We print it. Orders placed before 3 PM EST, Monday to Friday, are printed the same day. Weekends and holidays are skipped.
- We ship it to your customer. The package goes out with tracking and without Tidal Colors branding.
- You stay the point of contact. Share tracking, answer questions and send pressing instructions under your own name.
When to blind ship and when to ship to yourself
Blind shipping saves time and a second round of postage, but it isn't the right choice for every order.
Blind ship when
- You sell ready-to-press transfers to crafters, print shops or customers with their own heat press.
- Speed matters. Shipping straight to your customer skips the extra leg through your shop.
- Nothing needs your hands. The order doesn't need pressing, checking or bundling with other products.
Ship to yourself when
- You press the garments. Transfers need to reach your heat press before they become finished shirts.
- You bundle orders. The transfers go out together with blanks, finished shirts or other products from your shop.
- You want your own packaging. Blind shipping keeps our branding off the package. For branded mailers, thank-you cards or your own packing slips, pack those orders yourself.

Your customer's wait is our print and ship time plus carrier transit. Orders placed before 3 PM EST on a business day are printed the same day, and you choose the shipping speed at checkout:

Checklist for your first blind-shipped order
A blind-shipped order goes straight from us to your customer, so you won't see it before they do. Run through this list before you check out:
- Confirm the address. Check the name, street, unit number and ZIP code with your customer.
- Proof every design. Read each name and number, and make sure every design is sized for its garment.
- Check the files. Use a transparent PNG at 300 DPI, keep text at 8 pt or larger and stay within the 22-inch sheet width. Our DTF artwork requirements page has the full list.
- Set expectations. Tell your customer they're getting transfers, not finished shirts, and which shipping option you chose.
- Send instructions early. Share pressing and care steps before the package arrives, so your customer is ready to press.

Give your customer pressing instructions
Because the package carries no Tidal Colors branding, your customer will look to you for instructions. Send them under your own name, in your order confirmation, your listing or a follow-up email:
- Pre-press the garment so it's clean, dry and wrinkle-free.
- Press at 320°F (160°C) with medium pressure for 15 seconds.
- Let the film cool completely, then peel.
- Press again for 5 seconds with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet on top.
- Store unpressed transfers flat or rolled in a cool, dry place, where they keep for 6–12 months.
Add care instructions too: wash inside out in cold water, skip bleach and dry cleaning, and air dry. Our transfers are lab tested for 100+ washes, and our DTF application guide is a handy reference when you write your own instructions.
